Dear Neighbors,
As we are all aware, the transition to Rays trash service including the
mandatory use of their trash and recycling receptacles has created
challenges as we try to comply with Springmill Village covenants regarding
storage of trash cans. The covenants state:
"Rubbish, garbage, or other waste shall be kept in sanitary containers out
of public view." (Section 5, Clause f)
